Local visibility · Home services
When someone's water heater fails at 7am, they search, they tap one of the top three results, and they call. Everyone below that line splits what's left. We work on one thing: putting home services companies in those three spots and keeping them there.
Same city. Same job. The difference is who Google trusts to show first.
Opening offer
AJ Visible is new. We have done this work for years, just not under this name and not yet for an American contractor — which means we have no US numbers to show you, and we would rather say that than dress it up. So the first five companies get sixty days at no cost. What we want back is permission to write down what your numbers did and show it to the next contractor.
When the five are taken this comes down, because by then we will have the numbers and won't need to buy them with free work.
What actually moves the needle
Google names three things it weighs: relevance, distance and prominence. Distance nobody can move. Relevance is decided largely by your categories and the service fields — free to fix, and usually still set to whatever got picked the day the listing was created. Prominence is mostly your reviews and how well known you are elsewhere. We work the two that can be worked. Leave it alone and nothing dramatic happens — you just keep paying for trucks, insurance and a crew while the calls quietly go to whoever showed up first.
You can't move your shop, and service areas don't change where you rank — they change where you're shown as working. What you can do is give the towns you actually serve pages of their own, so a search that isn't standing on your doorstep still has something to find.
Primary category, secondary categories, services, hours, attributes, description. These decide which searches you're eligible for at all, they're free to change, and on most listings they're still whatever got picked on day one. This is the fastest thing on the list.
Google says review count and rating feed into ranking. The companies above you in the map pack almost always have more. We set up a way for your crew to ask at the end of the job — from their own phone, in two taps — and we reply to every review under your name.
The monthly work order
This is the whole scope. No strategy decks, no dashboards you'll never open.
Categories, services, service areas, hours, description, and the fields Google added last year that nobody filled in.
One batch of thirty from your phone at the start — you already have them. We caption and post them on a schedule so the profile isn't three stock images and a logo. Photos don't move the ranking; they decide whether someone who found you calls.
A short link and a card for the truck. The tech asks at the door while you're still standing there — that beats a text sent from an agency every time, and there's no app for anyone to learn.
Written in your voice, within a day, including the bad ones — which is where most of the trust is won.
One page per town you actually serve, written around the jobs you actually take. Not spun text with the city name swapped.
Calls, direction requests, where you rank in each town, and what we changed. Two minutes, not twenty tabs.
How it starts
No discovery call, no proposal deck. You'll know whether this is worth doing before you pay anything.
We record where you rank in each town you serve, what's missing from your profile, and what the three companies above you are doing differently. One page. You keep it either way.
Categories and service fields rebuilt, service areas set, your thirty photos captioned and scheduled, the review request put in your crew's hands, first two service-area pages written.
Posts, review replies, two more pages, and a one-page report on the first Monday. Same person every month. Cancel by email whenever you want.
Our guarantee
On day one we write down exactly where you rank for the keywords that matter in each town you serve — that's the baseline, and you get a copy. Thirty days later we check the same list. If not a single one of those rankings has moved up, we refund that month in full.
You keep the rebuilt profile, the photos, the pages and the review system either way. We can't take those back, and we wouldn't want to.
Who we work with
Emergency-driven, locally searched, one job worth hundreds or thousands. If that's your work, the map pack is where your next customer decides.
We take one company per trade per city, so the work we do for you isn't cancelled out by doing the same work for the shop down the road. Current openings:
How we work
No annual contract, no setup fee, no cancellation call where someone talks you out of it. Email us and it stops at the end of the month.
We won't take your competitor two streets over. If your area is taken for your trade, we'll say so instead of selling you anyway.
AI does the drafting, the tagging and the reporting; a person reads every review reply and every page before it goes out. That is why one account manager can do this properly — and why it does not cost agency money.
Start here
Three boxes. We look up the rest ourselves — your listing is public, that's the whole point. You get one page back within a day: where you rank in each town you serve, what's missing, and what the companies above you are doing differently. No call, no charge, no follow-up sequence if you don't reply.
Who you're dealing with. AJ Visible is run by Jeff Lin. We work with US home services companies on local visibility — that's the whole business. You'll deal with the same person every month.
If we emailed you first. We only contact businesses whose details are public on their own listing, we say who we are in the first line, and one reply saying "no thanks" removes you permanently.
